Preliminary Facility Evaluation (PFE) is a free service that Con Serv offers to potential clients. A PFE is a walk through of a facility to identify potential energy saving opportunities and determine for the customer the need to proceed to the next step.

Con Serv Inc. (CSI) will also facilitate with the customers utility, and determine the appropriate programs and maximize the utility incentives.
