ConServ:: Projects ::

FSA is one of most recently completed projects by Con Serv, Inc. (CSI). This facility is approximately three years old, operating 2,100 hours annually. This facility was utilizing (200) 400-watt metal halide fixtures and maintained approximately 25 foot candles. This site provided additional challenges as the entire playing surfaces were surrounded, and the lighting fixtures covered, by netting to prevent damage. At their busiest time of the year with only one week before soccer tournaments scheduled day and night, Con Serv, Inc. (CSI) completed the entire project on time and exceeded the customers expectations without disruptions to their day to day activities.

Through our design staff, we were able to determine the newest type of lighting technology to best serve the customer by increasing light levels, adding a much longer life cycle to the lighting system and reducing maintenance cost. The end result was an annual energy savings of 104,536 kilowatt-hours (kWh) generating $12,500 that went directly to improving the bottom line. Con Serv, Inc. (CSI) also facilitated on FSA's behalf through the local utility to secure maximum incentive and provide zero percent financing through the Small Business Energy Advantage Program.
